October 15th, 2016, was supposed to be one of the crazzzziest wind a rain storms that Washington state had experienced sing 1980 (or something like that.). With a fleet of umbrellas, rain boots on deck, and hopeful spirits, I woke up to gray skies and a light sprinkle. While the sprinkle persisted and the clouds hovered throughout the day, the storm (#hurricanejaley) passed and the wedding of Haley and Jake was filled with a shower of euphoria and joy instead. This day was special for countless reasons. Here are a few:
-Haley is the older sister of my best friend who I have grown up with since I was an awkward middle schooler. So really, Haley happens to be the closest thing I had to an older sister. She was always the COOLEST person, ever. Had the best advice. Best style. etc.
-Haley and Jake flew all the way from their new home in London to celebrate with all their friends and family.
-They had a live band and it was superb
-This wedding also included the best dance party evvvvvver
-Oh, Haley and Jake really really adore each other and I believe it is quite evident throughout these images.
