5 of my favorite pictures that I have ever taken

This was hard. okay, that is an understatement. This was VERY VERY VERY hard.  With over 3,000 of my pictures on Facebook alone, you can gather that I have taken many pictures, so narrowing it down to 5 pictures was difficult. I started off just brainstorming in my head which ones I would pick, that was to difficult as well. So I went to the roots- to where it all began- Myspace. Yes folks, good ol' Myspace.  I had some troubles getting in, for I have not been on Myspace for over 3 years now. Between the forgotten email address', the mix matched passwords, and the endless CAPchas, I finally got in. Attempting to remember what silly password I used in 8th grade was hard enough but then I went to the old photo albums  the task got tricky.

Meet Oscar. Oscar is a little boy who I met while i was on a mission trip to inner city L.A California. We did an outreach called "the food truck" while we were there. The food truck is a ministry which gives out bags of food to the homeless, or under privileged families living in government housing. Oscar was eager to help bag groceries. He didn't speak english well, so i was able to use some of my spanish skills to communicate with him.

Why it is my favorite: I was in awe of Oscars enthusiasm for life. In this photo, he is sitting with his parents, who just received their bag of food for the week.

I took this photo at a wedding that I attended as a second shooter with my lovely friend, and Photographer Dorothy Huynh (check her out!) this little baby was so adorable.

Why it is my favorite: There are many reasons why I love this photo, one of them being the quality (kudos to Dorothy for letting me use her camera) and another reason being the babies eyes. Beautiful!

Who doesn't like to play with fire? well, I do. At my friends wedding, we sent them off with everyone making a tunnel of sparklers. It was awesome. not going to lie. This photo is a picture of my sparkler, with the married couple behind it.

Why it is my favorite: I love the fact that I captured the sparks, and the newlyweds in the back!

common theme here? Babies. So much life can be captured through these little people. Chloe is a little girl that i babysit weekly, and this is the family cat. "Kitty"

Why it is my favorite: i love the act that kitty and Chloe are exchanging glances, it was a unique moment to capture.

Woah. I know what you are thinking. "Is that a real bug"?  Yes, yes it is! This picture was taken 4 years ago, and it remains one of my favorites. While my friend Erin (pictured) and I were in Eastern Washington, we found these beetles, and we ended up forming some sort of friendship with them. Weird, I know. But hey, we were 13.  Anyways, she put it next to her eye, and i snapped a picture.

why it is my favorite: Erin's eye is so sharp, and the fact that there is a live beetle next to her eye just makes this picture rad.
